The Human Relations Committee shall develop and recommend goals which promote sensitivity to human differences and guide the expansion of equal access for all students to postsecondary educational opportunities. The committee shall plan and recommend strategies for implementing a multicultural agenda for the association and recommend advocacy and monitoring efforts for federal and state legislation affecting the as-sociation's goals of equity and access.
