Our University, a selective, state-assisted, four-year comprehensive college, invites inquiries, nominations and applications for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
Reporting to the President and a member of the President’s Cabinet, the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs is responsible for the offices of Academic Advisement, Admissions, Campus Life (including Student Union Operations, Greek Affairs and Student Activities), Career Services, Educational Opportunity Program, Financial Aid, Intercollegiate Athletics (NCAA Division III), Judicial Affairs, Leadership and Community Development (including the Cultural Center, International Student Services, and Interfaith Campus Ministries), Office for Students with Disabilities, Recreational Services, Registration and Records, Residential Life/Learning Communities, Student Retention (including the First Year Experience), Student Health and Counseling (including Wellness), TRiO Programs (including Student Support Services, Educational Talent Search, and Upward Bound), and University Police.
Qualifications: Candidates are expected to have a terminal degree and 10 years experience at a senior level in enrollment management and/or student affairs with a commitment to shared governance. A thorough understanding of the enrollment management and student affairs organizational model is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of experience in leading a diverse student affairs and/or enrollment management staff. The ability to work with culturally diverse populations and be involved as a leader within the community is expected.
